I have sung and still sing at many preschools, 

elementary                        schools, 

churches, libraries, assisted living facilities,

family                                            gatherings and community events.

Will children recognize me as "SafariMan"
dressed in a Santa Suit?
Only if they are of the age that already knows
about the Big Secret.
If they know of the Big Secret
then they also know they are
"Keepers of the Big Secret" and they
have a responsibilty to younger children
to keep the "Magic" alive.

Will children under the age of 8 know
I am "SafariMan" dressed in a Santa suit?
The answer is no, 99.9% of the time.
If they convince me they know me as "SafariMan"
I will tell them I am a good friend of Santa Claus
and one of his special helpers. I will say,
"Santa Claus regrets that he couldn't be here
tonight and he asked me for help."

A dog and two cats
We have lived in Tallahassee for 32 years

Early Childhood Education
Music Education

I taught preschool and was a
preschool director for 13 years.

As "Santa" I will always be in character.
I will continue to educate myself in the
traditions of Christmas, so I can bring Christmas
cheer and love to all people I meet
in my journeys and travels. I will open
my heart to listen to the secret dreams of
both children and adults. I will never promise
a gift to a child as I know the only gift
I can give, as "Santa", is me.
I will always do my best to pass on the love
and joy of the Christmas Holiday season. 
I will always try to fulfill the wishes of children
and adults as to their dreams, wishes
and beliefs about "Santa" and Christmas.
